Individual Energy Healing Session
This is a one-on-one in depth healing session with Ruth. During this one-hour session Ruth digs into the deepest parts of your soul in order to see your destiny and then clean-up your energy field in order for there to be full flow in your system for your heart’s desires to manifest.
The beauty of the energy world being connected is that you do not need to be face-to-face to receive this healing. You can receive this healing either face-to-face or via Zoom or phone. Make sure to indicate which format you prefer at check-out.

An Energy Healing Session with Ruth is NOT A COUNSELLING session and may not be suitable for everyone. Ruth believes that an essential part of effective healing is for one to take responsibility over their own soul journey and energy management. You take all the responsibility, you get all the power. Ruth simply acts as a facilitator and guide to show you what she sees in the energy. It is then up to you to take the essential steps for your own transformation. Only you can heal yourself. The healing journey can often be one of resistance, fear and uncertainty. It takes immense courage to take the first step for your healing and commitment to follow through. Ruth can help you along your way.

homework is generally scoped in a longer timescale (generally 6-months to year)
